It was held that for whatever reasons, if a person who was born and was living in India travels to Pakistan and then later applies for a temporary permit to India as a Pakistani national, and has stayed in Pakistan for a considerable period, then such person's domicile of birth has been replaced by acquired domicile of Pakistan.
